Here's a classic ad from 1991 featuring some top British surfers of the time.It was filmed at La Santa in Lanzarote and the 'family' were - mum Arlene Maltman from Jersey , son - top young Newquay surfer Randall Davies, and daughter none other than Newquay's Spencer Hargreaves - yes honestly ! Not sure who the dad is. Respect goes to Arlene and Spencer who had to surf in skirts.Arlene had to pull her skirt up to catch the wave and pull it down once she was up - probably a bit of a hassle with volcanic reef just under you.
