My good friend Sean has agreed to share his much loved stash of boards with us, and I'm looking forward to seeing them. Sean's collection starts where mine begins to dry up, the early 80s, but I'm definitely getting more into this era, the only problem - finding boards in great condition is so hard. Talking of which here's a very tidy early Neilsen Brothers thruster, very early 80s. Its shaped by Mark Laveridge in Australia, and has a beautiful silver flake / glitter spray, with a subtle double hipped tail, and measures 5 ft 6 x 20 in. Its a rare beaut and is the only surfboard which actually lives in his house.
